Focus Of Invotech Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
- Fabrication and erection of heavy structural items like Gallery conveyor, structural bridges, factory sheds etc.
- Fabrication of Transformer Tanks starting from 16 KVA to 40 MVA for eastern region of the country.
- Manufacturing and supply of Pressed Steel Radiators for Electrical Transformers from 400 mm centre to 3300mm centre length and 3 types of width (i.e- 226mm, 300mm, 520mm) to any parts of the country and export to Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar etc.
- Design and Manufacturing of various Special purpose machine according to special requirement from customer and supplied to various multinational and domestic clients such as, Timken, FAG, NEI, Indian railway, Metro railways.
- Fabrication and design of special purpose jigs, fixtures, lifting tackles, manipulator, transformer trolley, testing equipments for various clients i.e- Timken, Indian Railway, Metro Railway, BARC, etc.
- Design, manufacturing and supply of CTRB Refurbishment plant with all types of machinery, testing equipments and jig- fixtures.
Milestones
- The journey started in August 2002 in our Unit-I with the manufacturing facilities of Pressed Steel Radiator.
- The company became ISO 9001:2008 certified organization since 2006 and upgraded to ISO 9001: 2015 version in 2019.
- The Unit-II started its operation in 2007 with latest state of manufacturing facilities for Pressed Steel Radiator with modular and composite Forming Line, Dual Head Seam welding machine, Flow coating paint facility, Shot blasting facility. The Unit- II equipped with 21000 sq. feet covered area with 5 nos. of EOT cranes, 1 mobile crane(12 M/T) and 21000 sq. feet open area for large scale structural fabrication.. Unit-II also has 200 KVA in house Transformer for enhancing electrical facility.
- In 2008 we started supplying Pressed Steel Radiator to AREVA, Naini works.
- In 2010 we got an order of 3000 Ton Gallery conveyor from M/s Simplex Infrastructure Ltd. For Utkal Alumina Project, Developed and engineered by Batemen Ltd. for Aditya Birla Group.
- In 2015 we installed CNC Plasma cutting machine with upto 16mm thick Stainless Steel and 250mm thick MS plate cutting capacity.
- In 2010 we had also acquired 72000 sq. feet land in Budge Budge Industrial Estate as Unit- III.
